RICHMOND, Va. -- A Chesterfield man wanted for rape in Richmond was arrested Wednesday morning, and investigators are giving credit to a CBS 6 viewer.
Victor M. Manuel, 32, was apprehended by members of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force and Richmond police officers.
Manuel had been wanted in connection with a rape that police say happened on August, 4, 2019, in the 4000 block of Forest Hill Avenue.
He was captured after Crime Insider Jon Burkett passed on a tip to investigators that he had received about the suspect’s whereabouts.
