Call centers open in Richmond, Henrico, Hanover to answer COVID-19 questions

Multiple call centers have opened in Henrico, Richmond and Hanover County to help answer COVID-19 related questions from residents.

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Multiple call centers have opened in Henrico, Richmond and Hanover County to help answer COVID-19 related questions from residents.

Residents can call in and receive answers to health and medical questions as well as questions regarding government facilities and operations

In Henrico and Richmond:

  • For health/medical questions: (804) 205-3501, open 8 a.m.-8 p.m., every day.
  • For questions about Henrico County government facilities, services and operations: (804) 501-5655, open 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday.

In Hopewell:

  • For information on the pandemic, actions that the city is taking, or advice from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) or Virginia Department of Health (VDH): (804) 541-2391, beginning March 18 at 8:30 a.m. The information line will operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
