UPDATE: The Virginia Senior Alert for Mary Baker has been canceled. Baker has been safely located, per the Amelia County Sheriff's Office
AMELIA COUNTY, Va. -- Virginia State Police issued a Senior Alert on Sunday for 79-year-old Mary Scott Baker.
The Amelia County woman was last seen Saturday evening at her home on South Amelia Avenue.
"[She] suffers from a cognitive impairment and the disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety," the alert read. "There is no vehicle description. The senior is believed to have walked away from her residence on foot."
She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes, according to investigators. She is described as 5'2" and 170 pounds with blue eyes and grayish blonde hair.
