HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- An investigation is underway after an adult and an infant were killed in a fatal crash in Henrico County on Monday evening.
At 5:24 p.m., Virginia State Police responded to a three-vehicle fatal crash in Henrico County in the northbound lanes of I-295 at the 25-mile marker.
An adult and an infant were killed. No other injuries have been reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
