RICHMOND, Va -- Three Richmond residents and their dog escaped a house fire early Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to the home in the 200 block of E 34 St just before 4 a.m.
When firefighters arrived, they could see flames and heavy smoke coming from the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
