HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- An overturned tractor-trailer has closed lanes and backed up traffic on Interstate 295N in Hanover.
The left and center lanes remain closed for crash cleanup at Pole Green Road (mile marker 38).
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
A Tuesday morning storm system brought rain to Richmond overnight and several crashes slowed traffic on interstates around the region.
