CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police are investigating reports of a road rage shooting in Chesterfield County. Video of the shooting was later uploaded to Snapchat.

Crime Insider sources said the incident began at Fox Club Parkway Tuesday morning.

That is where a driver said he noticed another driver following him very closely.

The lead driver hit the brake and the other driver flashed his high beams.

Both drivers continued their aggressive driving and at the intersection of Village Parkway and Otterdale Road, the lead driver reported hearing at least one gunshot.

The lead driver pulled out his phone and texted his girlfriend about the incident.

Chesterfield Police said more shots were fired along the 17200 block of Hull Street Road.

One bullet came through the lead driver's back window and exited out his windshield.

Images of the broken window were uploaded to Snapchat.

The lead driver pulled into Titan Auto & Tire and the vehicle from which the shots were fired continued west toward Amelia County.

Crime Insider sources indicated detectives searched area businesses for surveillance video of the incident and so far have a few leads in this case.

A description of the vehicle involved in the shooting has not been released, though the driver seemed to think the shots came from an SUV.

No one was injured in the shooting.
