Overturned tanker closes I-95 ramp

RICHMOND, Va. -- An overturned tanker has closed the ramp from Interstate 95 north and south to Bells Road (Exit 69).

The tanker driver was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries, according to Richmond Fire Battalion Chief Kent Taylor. He added the cause of the crash was under investigation.

Cleaning company HEPACO arrived on scene to clean the gasoline and diesel that spilled as a result of the crash.
