HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – A black bear cub was spotted in Short Pump Sunday evening.
Several folks sent photos and video of the cub to WTVR CBS 6.
The bear was first spotted around Short Pump Town Center before scampering across Broad Street and heading across the Martin’s parking lot.
Henrico Animal Control officials confirmed they were called about the bear and spent time trying to track the animal down.
As of 11 p.m., we had not received an update on the search.
