RICHMOND, Va – Zach Wingold, Executive Chef at Casa del Barco cooked up their popular Baja Ceviche with Ahi Tuna dish. Casa del Barco will be one of many restaurants and vendors participating in this year’s ¿Qué Pasa? Festival which highlights food, music, and art of Virginia’s Latin American communities.
