GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. -- A tractor trailer accident closed all lanes of Interstate 64 west, one mile west of the Oilville Road interchange (mile marker 165), in Goochland. Minor injuries were reported.
Traffic was backed up nearly three miles at 8:30 a.m.
