HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Three people are accused of possessing heroin while they had a small child in their car.
Officers said they spotted Ryan Parker, Kayla Hall and Sarah Carr in a vehicle near the 1100 block of Wilkinson Road Tuesday evening.
When they were confronted and asked to get out, officers noticed a small child.
All three suspects were charged with possession of heroin.
Carr was also charged with child endangerment.
