RICHMOND, Va -- Crews were on scene of a crash involving a broken power pole Thursday morning.
Police said a driver hit a pole near the 3100 block of Terminal Avenue at around 3:30. The driver then fled.
The stretch of road was closed while repairs were underway. There was no immediate word about how long repairs would take.
