HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — You could have 30 more places to shop and eat by the time Christmas 2017 rolls around. Outlets at Richmond will provide an upscale shopping experience with quality brand-name merchandise for the Richmond area and surrounding region. We look forward to the site plan being approved and construction beginning in a timely manner,” Craig Realty Group chief executive officer Steven L. Craig said in a written statement.
