RICHMOND, Va. — For some people, the perfect Christmas gift does not come in a box or bag, but in a bottle.
If you know someone who would rather see some fancy bourbon under the Christmas tree, or some minis in the stocking, over anything Santa could deliver — listen up. The Virginia ABC will again take part in the Black Friday shopping craze.
And they’ve added a Cyber Monday discount day for the first time ever.
On Black Friday customers get 10 percent off when they spend $50–$74.99, and 15 percent off when they spend over $75.
Of the people who register on Black Friday, Virginia ABC will choose 80 winners. Those winners get an $80 Virginia ABC gift card. The winners will be drawn on December 17.
On Cyber Monday products that are available for online purchase—over 200 premium and select spirits – will be eligible for the same discount. Again, that is 10 percent off of a $50–$74.99 purchase and 15 percent off a $75 or more purchase
Virginia ABC stores are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26, Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25 and New Year’s Day, Friday, Jan. 1, 2016.
