RICHMOND, Va. -- A man was shot near the intersection of West Moore and Kinney Streets in the Carver section of Richmond Sunday night. The victim survived the shooting.
Richmond Police have not yet released information about a possible suspect nor motive in the crime. Police initially responded to the shooting at about 9 p.m. Sunday.
