HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A Henrico man was arrested and charged with one count of obscene sexual display and three counts of indecent exposure after Henrico Police received “multiple reports” of a white male exposing himself along the 11800 West Broad Street in Short Pump. Short Pump Towne Center is on that block, though police would not say specifically where the incidents occurred. The exposures happened between April 1 and and June 1, Henrico Police said.
“The suspect was described as a white male, with a goatee, operating a silver Toyota sedan. Through the investigative process, detectives were able to identify Charles Paul Engle, Jr.,37, as being responsible for the incidents,” Henrico Police spokesman Lt. Chris Eley said. ” Police located Engle in the 7800 block of Ketelby Road where he was arrested and charged.”
