All students safe following West End school bus crash

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — No students were hurt when a vehicle and a Henrico school bus collided Wednesday afternoon near Hermitage High School. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The bus was carrying seven students from Godwin High School to the Hermitage Technical Center in Henrico’s West End, according to Henrico Schools spokesman Andy Jenks.

The crash happened at about 1:15 p.m. near Parham Road and Hermitage High Boulevard.

The crash remains under investigation by Henrico Police.
