RICHMOND, Va. — Traffic was backed up for miles on Interstate 95 north in Richmond at about 8:45 a.m. after a crash closed lanes just south of the I-64 west/I-195 south interchange (mile marker 79).
“The center lane is now open. The right lane remains closed. The backup is five miles,” VDOT advised at 9 a.m.
