RICHMOND, Va. — A crash involving multiple vehicle on I-95 north near the Boulevard in Richmond has backed up traffic more than six miles. The north right lane was closed near mile marker 78, according to VDOT. Avoid the area if you can. All lanes are open, but expect residual delays.
