Crash creates delays on I-95 in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. — All lanes are open on Interstate 95 north after an earlier crash closed the right lane just south of Maury St. (mm 73) in Richmond. Traffic was backed up 4.5 miles at 7:10 a.m., according to VDOT.
