CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash has closed the north right and center lanes of Chippenham Parkway (Rt. 150) at Powhite Parkway (Rt. 76). Traffic is backed up three miles at 8:30 a.m. VDOT advised drivers find an alternate route as major delays are expected.
