CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — All lanes of Powhite Parkway (Rt. 76) north in Chesterfield reopened just south of Chippenham Parkway (Rt. 150) after a crash and vehicle fire closed them earlier Friday morning, according to VDOT.
