MECHANICSVILLE, Va. -- It has been nearly two days since Bobby Jo Creps last saw her 16-year-old daughter Victoria Anne Creps. The Lee Davis High School junior was not in her Mechanicsville home when Bobby Jo woke up Tuesday morning. Hanover investigators believe Creps ran away from home and is with a convicted sex offender wanted in Hanover and two other people.

"I went to her room Monday night around 9:30 to tell her to go to bed. That was the last time I saw her," an emotional Bobby Jo recalled.

Creps said when she woke up at 2 a.m. Tuesday, she noticed the front door was unlocked. She figured one of her older children had come home late at night and forgot to lock the door again. Creps locked the door and went back to bed. She awoke hours later to discover Victoria was gone.

"Investigators have determined that Creps possibly left the area in a 1999 white, Chevrolet Malibu, with Virginia license WTN-5153 with people known to her," Hanover Sheriff's spokesman Major Mike Trice said. "Creps is believed to be in the company of Shawn Littlejohn, a 20-year-old black male, as well as an 18-year-old white female and a 21-year-old white male. Shawn Littlejohn is a convicted sex offender and is currently wanted out of Hanover County for a felony court order violation. Creps is possibly traveling out of the state."

Investigators told Bobby Jo Creps they believed the group was headed to Washington D.C. or Connecticut. Two of the people Victoria may be with are former Lee Davis students, her mom said. The female is Victoria's former girlfriend Brynna Shiflet, her mom added.

"Shiflet is currently wanted for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor related to this investigation," the Hanover Sheriff's Office posted on Facebook.

Since Victoria's disappearance, her picture has spread via social media in an effort to find her and bring her home.

"I just want her to know it's safe for her to come back home. No one is mad. This is just killing me," her mom said. "That's all I want. I just want her to come back home. Pick up the phone and call collect. We'll come get you."

Creps is described as a white female, 5'5" tall, 120 lbs., with short blond hair and blue eyes.  She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with an unknown black picture on the front, tan/khaki shorts which are mid-calf length and blue Adidas tennis shoes. No foul play is suspected.  Anyone with information about Victoria Creps is asked to call the Hanover Sheriff's Office at 804-365-6140.
