RICHMOND, Va. -- Some people in Central Virginia saw snow falling outside early Saturday morning. Walter Mac Osborne shot some video of the snow falling outside his home in Blackstone.
Mickey Jennings in Burkeville reported an inch of snow there.
Don't expect the snow to last long, skies will become partly to mostly sunny for the afternoon, with highs in the mid and upper 40s. Saturday night will be very cold, with Sunday morning temperatures potentially flirting with the record low of 22°, set back in 1923.
Temperatures will rebound into the low and mid 50s during Sunday afternoon.
