Gun-toting couple causes scare at Hardees on Midlothian Turnpike

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police are looking for a man and woman who attempted to rob the Hardees, along the 7900 block of Midlothian Turnpike near Buford Road, early Thursday morning. The crime happened at about 4:09 a.m., police said.

“Both suspects were armed with hand guns, entered the business and demanded cash. The suspects fled the scene without any cash,” a Chesterfield Police spokesperson wrote in an email. “No one was injured during the incident.”

Police described one suspect as a black man, about 6 feet tall, wearing all black clothing and a black mask. Police described the other suspect as a black female, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing all dark clothing and a black mask
