CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police in Chesterfield are looking for a man spotted inappropriately touching himself inside his car.
It happened on Chester Road Wednesday around 3:15 p.m.
That’s when a woman called police and reported that she had seen the man in a white, four-door Ford sedan.
The man was described as between 18 and 22 years old with sandy-colored hair.
A woman who works at a shopping center in the 10000 block of Chester Road said the alleged incident is an unsettling one. Stephany Dominguez said children often come in the cake shop she works at on a regular basis.
"That's really disturbing," she said, "It caught me off guard because it's not really like that here, it's really family friendly."
Those who shop in the center said that it's concerning that children could be exposed to something like that.
"We will definitely keep our eyes out for sure," said one woman.
