LIVE UPDATES: Snow expected to exit by 8 a.m.

RICHMOND, Va. — Central Virginia is waking up to a blanket of snow Tuesday morning. The final rounds of snow will track through Central Virginia this morning, ending from west to east between 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. All snow will be done out of southeast Virginia by 9 a.m.
