RICHMOND, Va - Mike Baum, Executive Director of Keep Virginia Beautiful, stopped by the studio to share some details on the inaugural 'Shiver in The River' fundraising event. 'Shiver in The River' will start with a clean-up along the banks of the James River, ending with a chilly dip in the water. Be sure to bring a warm change of clothes for the celebratory festival that will offer heated tents, food and beverage vendors, music, and more. Keep Virginia Beautiful focuses on litter prevention, community outreach, education, recycling, and beautification for Richmond and the Commonwealth.
