RICHMOND, Va. — A water main break has closed 7th Street from Broad to Grace Street. Work to repair the break has impacted the Federal Courthouse and CenterStage.
“We are going to run a temporary water line to keep Center Stage open tonight for Lewis Black performance, but ticket holders need to leave early because parking and traffic to the facility will be a problem,” the Richmond Department of Public Utilities sent out in an alert. “Also commuters this evening and tomorrow should plan alternate routes.”
