CHESTERFIELD, Va. — The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade is just one week away, and this year’s parade will have special meaning for some Midlothian High School students.
Two seniors in Midlothian High’s band will join almost 200 other high school band members to participate in the Macy’s Great American Marching Band in the parade.
Paul Budinger, who plays the tuba, and Rachel Feldpausch, who plays the horn, were chosen.
As you might imagine, they are practicing a lot and will practice together from Saturday through Wednesday.
Make sure to watch for them at the parade, which you can see on CBS 6, starting at 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving.
