RICHMOND, Va. – A man was shot in the face in Richmond’s Whitcomb Court public housing neighborhood Sunday.
It happened just before noon in the 2100 block of Deforest Street.
Police said the victim was transported to VCU Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life threatening.
Police, who are investigating what sparked the shooting, have not yet released a suspect description.
