RICHMOND, Va. – A water main break has shutdown the 1000 block of West Franklin Street between N. Harrison and West Grace Streets Friday morning.
Neither cars nor pedestrians are allowed to travel that stretch of road on VCU campus.
The cause of the break is under investigation.
