RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A crash on Powhite Parkway north from Chesterfield into downtown Richmond has traffic backed up near the James River.
Traffic delays stretch back to Midlothian Turnpike, according to Beat the Traffic reporter Kristen Luehrs. Expect delays.
