RICHMOND, Va. -- A coastal low pressure system will meander off the Mid-Atlantic coast over the next couple of days, keeping Virginia in a pattern of sunshine and seasonally cool northwest flow. Highs will return to the low 60s on Thursday, with gusty northwest winds of 15-25 mph. Mid 60s with continued sunshine is expected Friday and Saturday, with increasing clouds and upper 60s to near 70 on Sunday. Warmer weather is likely early next week, with a chance of rain Tuesday and Wednesday.
