RICHMOND, Va. -- High clouds will move into the area tonight, keeping overnight lows a little milder than the past few nights. Cloud cover will continue to increase Thursday as remnant moisture from Beta moves into the region.
A few light showers will be possible Thursday night, with a much better chance of rain on Friday. The highest chance of rain Friday will be across Southside Virginia, where up to an inch of rain will be possible. We’ll continue with low chances for rain this weekend into early next week.
Highs still look like they will reach the 80s for a few days before cooler weather returns to the region.
The tropics have settled down for the time being, with just post-tropical Beta and Teddy to track. More details are available in the CBS 6 Interactive Tropical Tracker.
