Police make additional arrests in Chesterfield Valentine’s Day murder

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Two additional suspects have been arrested in the murder of a 53-year-old man on Valentine's Day last year in Chesterfield County.

Police were called around 10:45 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2019, to Dwayne Swann's home in the 7600 block of Drexelbrook Roadfor a report that a man unresponsive outside the residence.

When officers arrived, they found Dwayne U. Swann suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have now made four arrests in connection to the crime.

Officers arrested 39-year-old William A. Green, of the 5700 block of Pony Farm Drive in Henrico, on Friday.

Green was charged with murder, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony. He is being held without bond at the Henrico County Regional Jail East.

Additionally, police arrested 39-year-old Tramelle L. Jones, of the 400 block of Pulaski Drive in Henrico, on Thursday.

Jones was charged with murder, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony. He is being held without bond at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.

Police previously arrested 33-year-old Keith M. Bailey, of the 1000 block of Kingsway Road in Richmond, and 32-year-old Erika M. McNeil, of the 13500 block of Thornsett Lane in Chesterfield, on Sept. 2, 2020.

Bailey and McNeil were charged with murder, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony in relation to Swann's death.
