HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Andrew Ozik, 20, of Henrico County, was charged with reckless handling of a firearm after someone was shot along the 10000 block of Moultrie Road, off Staples Mill Road, on Tuesday night.
The shooting victim, described by police as a juvenile, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police were called to the neighborhood at about 10:45 p.m.
