POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. -- A year after their first shift on their food truck, a Powhatan mother-daughter duo are bringing their acai bowls to a brick-and-mortar space in their home county.Claire and Victoria Fisher are preparing to open Waimea Bay, the first physical location for their mobile business Waimea Acai.
