RICHMOND, Va. -- Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify three men suspected of vandalizing property with graffiti in Richmond’s Fan District.
Police say the vandalism occurred on Sunday, March 22 at around 2:30 a.m.
Security video shows three men walking in an alley near North Allen Avenue and West Grace Street. Video captures one suspect vandalizing a trash can with graffiti.
