HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A teenager was shot and killed Thursday along Montbrook Lane, near Belmont Park, in Henrico.
Police were called to the area at about 1:30 a.m.
“Henrico Police responded and located two victims. The victims in this incident are unrelated to one another and were not together at the time of the incident,” a Henrico Police spokesperson said.
Brendan Collins, 18, of Henrico County, died due to his injuries.
A woman who was shot in a home on the block was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
