Suspects caught on camera stealing money from gaming machines

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are asking for the public's help in identifying three suspects seen on camera breaking into gaming machines at Richmond businesses and stealing money.

Around 5 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, the three suspects entered the N. 25th Street Market, a convenience store located at 1007 N. 25th Street and stole money from the gaming machines "using a key or some sort of unlocking device," according to Richmond police.

The suspects left and then entered the Exxon located at 4900 West Broad Street and attempted to steal money from the gaming machine there.

The store owner saw the suspects on surveillance video and confronted them. They returned the money and then fled the store

They were last seen leaving in a white Chevrolet Traverse SUV. Detectives believe the vehicle has a North Carolina license plate.
