RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who was reported missing last month.
Robert E. White, Jr., 63, has not been seen by his family since November 2020 and his last known phone contact was December 17, 2020, so they are concerned for his safety.
They say he visits the Church Hill and Fairmount neighborhoods frequently.
