Charging stations open in Richmond for those without power

RICHMOND, Va. -- The City of Richmond has opened two charging stations to help those who lost electricity during the weekend ice storm.

The Broad Rock (4820 Old Warwick Road) and Westover Hills (1408 Westover Hills Blvd.) libraries will open from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

There you can charge your phone, computers, or other devices.

COVID-19 safety protocols, including mask-wearing, will be enforced.
