CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police are looking for a missing Chesterfield man who was last seen on November 3.
According to Chesterfield Police, family members reported Joel A. Williams, also known as Joe, as missing that day after he did not return back to his home on the 6900 block of Able Road.
Williams is described as a black man, about 5'10, with brown eyes and black hair that he wears in braids. He was last seen wearing jeans, a plaid shirt and grey hooded sweatshirt.
