Police identify 2 men killed in Petersburg shooting

PETERSBURG, Va. -- Two men were killed in a shooting late Sunday night t in Petersburg, according to police.

Police responded to the 900 block of Hinton Street, near West Washington Street, for the report of persons shot at approximately 11:21 p.m.

Upon arrival, police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victims, identified as 30-year-old Johnathan T. King and 33-year-old Kevin Williams were transported to the hospital where they died from their injuries.
