CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police have identified a pedestrian who was fatally struck by a train in Chesterfield Monday evening.
Police said Timothy C. Gray, 30, of the 20500 block of Southlawn Avenue, was walking north on the train tracks when he was struck by a southbound CSX train at approximately 9:50 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation, police said.
