RICHMOND, Va. -- A man was killed and another injured in a double shooting in Richmond Thursday night.
Around 8 p.m., officers were called to the 3000 block of Nine Mile Road for a report of shots fired and located two men who had been shot.
They both were transported to a local medical center where one of the men succumbed to injuries from the shooting.
Police say that the other will recover.
