HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A man is in critical condition after being hit by a driver in Eastern Henrico Wednesday evening, Crime Insider sources tell Jon Burkett.
The crash happened in the 3900 block of Nine Mile Road, which is near the Dabbs House Museum.
