HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- As Cindy and Harry Weinstock were awaiting the birth of their first child, they spent almost every free moment discussing the baby’s name. When poring over the standard books of names didn’t yield any they could agree on, they began to pause at the edge of playgrounds, listening carefully for a name that inspired them.
